Most of the items are made exclusively for you, that is the reason we take a little longer to ship than most clothing companies.
In case we do not carry the item that you want you might be eligible for a purchase credit for other items in the store.
2. Returns
If you need to return an item please send us an email requesting authorization to [email protected] with your name, order number, and the description of the specific item you like to return. A photo of the damage is greatly appreciated with your return claim.
All returns are subject to unworn and in their original condition with all tags attached. Your return will be processed within 3-4 business days after we receive the original item and you will be issued a merchandise credit voucher sent via email.
