One way to aid your body in keeping the joints lubricated and mobile is to periodically drink GOLDEN MILK!
ingredients
1/8 teaspoon turmeric 1/4 cup water 2 tablespoons almond oil
milk
8 oz. milk (rice milk, hemp milk, coconut milk or almond milk also work)
Honey to taste
Boil the turmeric in water for 8 minutes. If it starts to evaporate too fast add a small bit more water. Meanwhile, bring the milk to a boil with the almond oil. As soon as it boils, turn it off. Blend the two mixtures and add honey to taste. For frothy variation, try whizzing it in a blender for 30 seconds. Let it sit for about 30 minutes before drinking. Depending on your tolerance to milk, drink 1 cup every day or every other day until you feel looser and your joints stop popping and cracking.
